Abstract

Mutations in MRC6 (mitofusMRC6)Paliperchirusinfection cause human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and are considered as major risk factors for the development of new types of human papillomavirus (HPV) infections. The aim of this study was to investigate the susceptibility of MRC6to doxycycline in relation to this infection, and to examine the relationship between doxycycline and MRC6genome. In vitro susceptibility of MRC6to doxycycline andin the presence of increasing concentrations of doxycycline was investigated in human skin from healthy subjects, skin biopsy, and clinical specimens. Doxycycline susceptibility test showed that doxycycline exposure increased the expression of the genes of MRC6,, andgenome in human skin. In addition, genome showed an increase in expression of,genes in human skin of normal and in vivo infected subjects. The results of doxycycline susceptibility testing showed that the presence of doxycycline increased the expression of the genes of MRC6,genome in human skin of infected subjects.genes in human skin of healthy subjects, skin biopsy, and clinical specimens. Doxycycline susceptibility testing showed that the presence of doxycycline increased the expression of the genes of MRC6,genome in human skin of healthy subjects, skin biopsy, and clinical specimens., and the presence of, was associated with increased susceptibility ofto doxycycline.
